By the present Application, the Applicant is praying for his release on bail in connection with S.C.No.447 of 2023 arising out of C.R.No.1030 of 2022, which was registered with N.M. Joshi Police Station.

The first information was received on 24th October, 2022. The offence is registered under Sections 302 of IPC, 37(1) and Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act. Mr.Nilkhil Maneshinde, learned counsel appearing for the Intervenor and Mr.Sonawane, learned APP for the Respondent - State pointed out that trial has commenced. Learned APP pointed out that there are total 8 witnesses.

After hearing the counsels appearing for parties and after going through the charge-sheet, when I expressed my view that I am not inclined to grant Bail. Mr.Kushwaha, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant at that stage submitted that he would on instructions withdraw the Bail Application. 4.

The Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn. It is made clear that I have not expressed any opinion on merits. 2/3
