The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that during pendency of the present application, the prosecution has filed the charge-sheet. In that view of the matter, the learned counsel seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh application for bail before the Sessions Court/Trial Court. Leave granted. The Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as sought. 2.
If such application is filed, the Sessions Court/Trial Court shall decide the same on it's own merits.
