In this case, as offences under the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 are also registered against the applicant, leave is sought for adding the victim as respondent No.2. 2.

Leave is granted to add the victim as respondent No.2, by appropriately concealing the identity and address. The amendment shall be carried out forthwith.

Issue notice to respondent No.2, returnable on 26th November, 2024, "High on Board."
