Thereupon, she requested for legal aid.

4) In that view of the matter, the High Court Legal Services Committee, Mumbai is directed to appoint an Advocate from its panel to represent and espouse the cause of the Respondent No.2/victim. 5) Stand over to 6th August, 2024.
