By this application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure the applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.93 of 2022, registered with Sangli Rural Police Station, Sangli for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

3.

Having gone through the charge-sheet and the relevant material collected by the IO during the investigation, it is evident that there is sufficient incriminating material against the applicant. There is an eye-witness who has given clear description of actual assault. Furthermore, a specific role has been attributed to the applicant. varsha

In light of the above referred material and considering the fact that the alleged offence is very serious wherein 14 injuries were found on the person of the deceased, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for grant of bail. Accordingly, it is rejected. 5.

Needless to mention that the observations are prima facie observations.
