On 12th June 2025, notice was issued to Respondent No. 2. 3.

Mr. Tanveer Khan, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent submits that Respondent No. 2 is served and a request is received from him seeking appointment of an Advocate from the Legal-aid Panel to represent him.
