The learned counsel for respondent No.1 prays for short adjournment to place reply affidavit on record. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicants opposes the aforesaid prayer on the ground that sufficient time was available for respondent No.1 to file its reply affidavit. It is further brought to the notice of the Court that the father of the applicant is seriously ill and that is the ground on which the applicant has been pressing for urgent hearing of the application.

The respondent No.1 is granted time, as a last chance, to file reply affidavit. The same shall be filed on or before 24th June 2024. No further time shall be granted.
