Today by a separate order, this Court has allowed the bail application of the applicant. The learned Special Public Prosecutor, on instructions, seeks stay of the order passed today for a period of two weeks.

The prayer for stay is rejected as this Court has elaborately dealt with the contentions raised on behalf of respondent-ED and a finding is rendered that the applicant in the facts of the present case has satisfied the twin test under Section 45 of Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.
