Learned APP tenders across the bar, prisoner's medical report dated 26th August 2024 which opines that the prisoner is continuing ART treatment and anti diabetic medications at Prison Hospital, Thane. 3.

As learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner disputes the medical report, let the Applicant be examined afresh at Thane Civil Hospital and fresh medical report be submitted to this Court. List on 14th November 2024.
