By this application, the applicant seeks bail. 2.

The applicant was arrested on 17.01.2024 and he has remained behind bars for more than five months.

The learned APP appearing for the respondent-State as well as for EOW seeks time to file reply affidavit and a similar request is made on behalf of respondent No.2 (first informant).

The learned counsel for the applicant is pressing for urgent hearing of the application.

Hence, the respondents are given opportunity to file their reply affidavits within two weeks from today. No further time shall be granted. 6.
