By this application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure the applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.19 of 2023, registered with Rajapur Police Station, District: Ratnagiri for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC') and Section 4 of the Maharashtra Media Persons and Media Institutions (Prevention of Violence and Damage or Loss of Property) Act, 2017.
