I have heard Ms. Ingale, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Haldankar, learned APP for Respondent - State. 2.

The order dated 28.11.2024 is not complied with till date. Compliance of that order is in the wake of the postmortem report appended at page No.38 of the Bail Application onwards which is dated 23.09.2022 since the death of the victim occurred on the intervening night of 22.09.2022 and 23.09.2022. Postmortem was conducted at 11:15 a.m. in the morning on 23.09.2022. 3.

Mr. Haldankar, learned APP persuades me to give one week time for filing final report. It is a mockery that for the last so many years, final report is not filed.

Be that as it may, I would like to give one week time to Mr. Haldankar to present the final report, failing which this Bail Application shall be decided by this Court on the basis of the documents which are available which in my opinion are adequate enough to come to conclusion.
