This is an Application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking Bail in connection with C.R. No.480 of 2022 registered with Kalva Police Station. 3.

Mr. Haldankar would submit final forensic report dated 16.01.2025 in compliance of order dated 07.01.2025. 4.

Copy of the said final forensic report is handed over to Mr. Dhakal. Advocate for Applicant shall consider the same and accordingly argue the Bail Application on the next adjourned date. 5.
