Heard Mr. Khan, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Haldankar, learned APP for Respondent - State of Maharashtra. 2.

This is an Application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking Bail in connection with First Information Report No.118 of 2024 registered with Oshiwara Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 363, 376(2)(n) of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 6 and 10 of of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for short 'POCSO'). 3.

Respondent No.2 is a minor. In terms of provisions of Section 439 of Cr.P.C., notice will have to be issued to the minor through her legal guardian. This Court has persuaded Mr. Samay Pawar to represent and espouse the cause of Respondent No.2 - minor.

In this view of the matter, Advocate - Mr. Samay Sharad Pawar (Mobile No.9167742333) is appointed through the legal aid to represent and espouse the cause of Respondent. 5.

The High Court Legal Services Committee of this Court is directed to give appointment letter to Advocate Mr. Samay Sharad Pawar forthwith in accordance with law to represent and espouse the cause of Respondent through the legal aid.
