This Application was received by post in February 2023 by this Court. It was converted into an Application and registered as Bail Application No.2310 of 2024 on 07.06.2024. In the letter addressed by the Applicant through jail prima facie it is seen that Applicant is indicted in an offences under Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

In the present case, crime number is 456 of 2021 and the Sessions Case number is 6975 of 2021 registered through Bhandup Police Station, Mumbai. These are the only reasons stated in the Application. It is also stated in the Application that Applicant was

Application has reached hearing and has been called out for the first time after being listed on record and repeatedly being adjourned from time to time, rather it is seen that it is only when the Applicant addressed a second letter to this Court on 14.05.2024 when the Application was registered as a Bail Application thereafter. 4.

Prosecution shall take appropriate instructions from the concerned Investigating Officer of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Advocate for Applicant and apprise the Court on the next adjourned date.
