The learned counsel for the applicant informs this Court that an earlier application for bail filed by the applicant bearing Bail Application No. 2003 of 2021 was disposed of by this Court (Coram: Sarang V. Kotwal, J.) on 25th January 2022, recording the fact that the application was withdrawn unconditionally after the Court expressed disinclination to grant relief to the applicant. 2.
