In this application received from the Jail. By an order dated 09th July, 2024, this Court had directed the High Court Legal Services Committee to appoint an advocate from its panel.

In pursuance thereof, Mr. Rajesh B. Bhosle, learned Advocate has been appointed to appear on behalf of the applicant. The learned Advocate for the applicant seeks a direction to the Investigating Authority to provide a copy of the charge-sheet to him to assist this Court. 3.

The Investigation Officer is directed to provide a copy of the charge-sheet to the learned APP appearing in the matter, who shall ensure that copy of the same is also made available to the learned Advocate appearing for the applicant.
