The Applicant came to be apprehended on 7th May, 2023 in Crime No.156 of 2023 registered on 5th May, 2023. 2.
The allegations against the Applicant are of murdering Nilesh Valmik Jadhav.

The accused was eve-teasing the sister-in-law of the Applicant which act has provoked the commission of offence by the Applicant. 4.
The nature of evidence collected against the Applicant speaks of recovery of blood stained weapon. The report of chemical analyzer is awaited. There is no direct evidence in the form of eye witnesses, however, the case of prosecution is based on circumstantial evidence.

The Applicant is already charge-sheeted. There are no criminal antecedents.

That being so, I am inclined to allow the Application. Hence, the following order :- (i) The Application stands allowed.
(ii) The Applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with Crime No.156 of 2023 registered with Bhuinj Police Station, Satara for offence under Sections 302 and 307 of IPC on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.
(iii) The Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses nor tamper with the evidence.
(iv) The Applicant shall not enter the jurisdiction of the concerned Police Station till the charge is framed against the Applicant.

The Application stands disposed of.
