After having argued for some time and when this Court was inclined to dismiss the application, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the application. 2.

The learned APP informs this Court that the trial has already commenced and P.W.4 is presently in the witness box. There are only 9 further witnesses to be examined. In that light, the learned APP requests for a direction for the trial to be expedited.
