By this application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure the applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.331 of 2023 registered with Indira Nagar Police Station, Nashik City, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 143, 144, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code r/w Sections 4/25 of Arms Act r/w Section 135 of Maharashtra Police Act. 3.
Since after rejection of bail application of the Applicant, accused nos.3,5,7 and 8 were granted bail by the learned Trial Court, MANISH SURESHRAO THATTE Date: 2024.09.06 16:10:59 +0530 MANISH SURESHRAO THATTE the learned counsel for Applicant seeks leave to withdraw present application with liberty to approach trial Court for bail on the ground of parity.
