The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh bail application before the Sessions Court, in the light of change in circumstances. It is submitted that all the other accused persons have been granted bail by the Sessions Court and therefore, the applicant desires to apply afresh before the Sessions Court.
