Mr. Meshram, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present application has been inadvertently filed as criminal bail application, but it ought to have been filed as an appeal under the provisions of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
