Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

By an order dated 13th January, 2025 this Court had requested the Superintendent of Grant Government Medical College and Sir J. J. Group of Hospitals, Mumbai, to constitute a team of Medical Officers to evaluate the child and submit a report to the Court.

The record indicates that on 31st January, 2025 the Medical Officer had sought extension of time to evaluate the child. The report be submitted on or before 3rd March, 2025. 4.

Stand over to 4th March, 2025.
