After hearing for sometime, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application in view of the fact that the CA report in relation to the clothes recovered from the applicant which were having bloodstains with liberty to move a fresh after receiving the CA report.

Permission to withdraw bail application is granted with liberty to move afresh before trial Court after six months if there is no progress in the trial.
