After hearing for sometime, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application, in view of the fact that the CA report in relation to the clothes recovered and material recovered from the applicant which were having bloodstains is yet to be received, with liberty to move a fresh application before the trial Court after receiving the CA report. 2.

Permission to withdraw the bail application is granted with liberty to move afresh before the trial Court after receiving the C.A. Report.
