The present case concerns offence under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO Act). Hence, the informant (victim) has to be made a party. Accordingly, the applicant is directed to add the informant (victim) as respondent No.2 in the present application. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

In that light, respondent No.2 shall be served through Investigating Officer, for which the applicant shall make available an additional set of papers with the Investigating Officer. 3.
