I am informed that learned appointed Advocate Ms. Kranti T. Hiwrale is now on the panel of the Assistant Public Prosecutors of this Court. In that view of the matter, in order to not have any apparent conflict whatsoever the appointment order of the learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 dated 10.10.2024 stands cancelled. 3.

The High Court Legal Aid Services Committee, Mumbai is directed to pass a fresh appointment order in favour of Ms. Aneesa Cheema, (Mobile No.8390745792), Advocate who is now appointed to represent and espouse the cause of Respondent No.2 in the present case.

Mr. Upadhyay, learned Advocate for Applicant shall immediately serve a copy of the Application directly on the said appointed Advocate.

Ms. Newton, learned APP is directed to take appropriate instructions from Respondent No.2 and get prepared in the matter. 6.

Investigating Officer is directed to give the number and mobile number of the appointed Advocate to Respondent No.2 / her legal guardian.

Let the above exercise be complied with within a period of one week from today.
