Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State for some time.

According to the learned counsel for the applicant, other than the statement of co-accused No.3 Salman Khan, there is no material to link the applicant with the offences in question. It is further submitted that the applicant was merely an employee at Sainath Enterprises, an establishment providing e-services. Therefore, there is hardly any material to implicate the applicant in the present case.

The learned APP submits that the charge-sheet is voluminous and the applicant has chosen to file only limited documents. 4.

In that light, learned APP submits that an affidavit along with Shrikant Malani

10.BA.2417.2024.doc relevant documents from the charge-sheet showing involvement of the applicant in the present case can be placed on record. 5.

This Court is further informed that charges are already framed on 27th February, 2024.

An affidavit along with relevant documents from the charge-sheet be filed by respondent - State within three weeks from today. 7.

List for further consideration on 12th August, 2024, "High on Board."
