This is an Application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking Bail in connection with First Information Report No.1074 of 2022 registered with Kasturba Marg Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 363, 376 (2)(n) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC') and Sections 4, 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for short 'POCSO').

Considering the indictment of Applicant in present case under the aforesaid provisions, issue notice to Respondent No.2. Applicant shall serve complete copy of Application to Investigating Officer to enable the Investigating Officer to serve the same on Respondent No.2 and take appropriate instructions as to whether Respondent No.2 requires legal representation and inform the Court accordingly through learned APP on the next adjourned date. 5.

Considering that Application of co-Accused for bail is listed on 10.02.2025. Aforesaid exercise shall be carried out by Investigating Officer and accordingly inform the Court on the next adjourned date. 6.
