Learned APP submit that as per her instructions the last witness, i.e., Investigating Officer will be examined by the Trial Court tomorrow.

It therefore shows that the trial is at the fag end and could be conclued at the most by end of December 2024. 3.

In view of the above statement and the stage of the trial, it could be concluded by December end, I am not inclined to consider the Bail Application at this stage.
