The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend the application to add the first informant as a party respondent No.2. It is indicated that the first informant is ready to file an affidavit before this Court, indicating his no objection to grant of bail. 2.

The learned APP submits that filing of such an affidavit would be of no consequence in the facts and circumstances of the present case. 3.

Be that as it may, leave is granted to the applicant to add the first informant as party respondent No.2. Amendment be carried out forthwith. 4.
