Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

By an order dated 23rd October, 2024, this Court had granted opportunity to the learned APP to take instructions as to whether the mobile phone handset allegedly recovered from the possession of the applicant has been sent for forensic analysis, and, if yes, the outcome thereof. 3.

The learned APP, on instructions, submits that though the mobile phone handset was seized under the panchnama dated 10th November, 2023, yet, it has not been sent for forensic analysis.

The learned Counsel for the first informant - victim submits that the victim has been threatened by the relatives of the accused and NC Reports have been lodged and there is evidence in the form of electronic record which shows the complicity of the applicant.

Let respondent No.2 file an affidavit within a week's time and furnish its copies to the applicant and the learned APP.
