Heard learned Senior Counsel for the applicant as well as the learned counsel for respondent No.1-ED.

The earlier bail application of the applicant was heard and disposed of by order dated 6th May 2024 passed by this Court (Coram: N. J. Jamadar, J.) in Bail Application No. 1901 of 2024. 3.

In this light, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicant invited attention of this Court to an order dated 18th June 2024 passed by this Court (Coram: N. J. Jamadar, J.) again in Bail Application No.1901 of 2024, which was moved for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 6th May 2024. This Court is

bipin prithiani 1-ba-2494.24.doc informed that a clarification was sought from the Hon'ble Judge, as regards the order dated 6th May 2024 and whether the grounds, other than the ground for bail on medical ground, could be pressed in the very same application.

In that light, the order dated 18th June 2024 clarified that the application bearing Bail Application No. 1901 of 2024 was disposed of by the order dated 6th May 2024 and that the prayer for grant of bail was considered only on medical ground, further clarifying that the order dated 6th May 2024 would not preclude the applicant from seeking bail afresh on merits and/or medical grounds or any other prayer. Subsequent thereto, the present application has been filed.

The practice direction/notice dated 8th February 2024 issued by the Registrar (Judicial-I), indicates that such bail application filed by the applicant, whose earlier application has been considered by a particular Judge of this Court, shall be listed before the same Hon'ble Judge.

In the light of the aforesaid practice direction/notice dated 8th February 2024, the Registry is directed to list this application before the appropriate Bench.

The applicant is at liberty to move the appropriate Bench. MANISH PITALE, J.
