An affidavit-in-reply is filed on behalf of the Respondent. 3.

Mr.Ponda, the learned Senior Advocate for the Applicant seeks leave to tender an affidavit on behalf of the applicant and place on record a latest Medical Report.

Mr.Ponda, submits that the applicant is planning to go for 'Laparoscopic Fundoplication Surgery'. The Case Summary indicates that the said suggestion has been given to the applicant by the Medical Officer.
