Learned counsel appearing on legal aid basis for the applicant submits that he has been instructed by the brother of the applicant/accused that applicant has preferred another bail application before this Court through a private lawyer. He also instructed by addressing a letter to the legal services authority that he should be permitted to withdraw present application. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he will place copy of such letter on record today itself.

In view of the above statement and the fact that another bail application is filed through a private lawyer, the applicant is
