After arguing for some time and when this Court was inclined to dismiss the application, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the application. 2.

Hence, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

Considering the fact that the applicant was arrested on 20.12.2023 and she has remained behind bars for about 8 months, if there is no significant progress in the trial proceedings, the applicant would be at liberty to renew her prayer for bail after one year.
