Mr. Himanshu Gavit, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, after arguing the matter for sometime as the Court is not inclined to grant bail, seeks leave to withdraw the Criminal Application. However, he says that the Applicant is incarcerated since 11th July, 2023 and therefore, liberty be granted to file a fresh bail application after a period of nine months if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

Accordingly, Criminal Application No. 2528 of 2025 is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh bail application after a period of nine months, if there is no substantial progress in the trial. [MADHAV J. JAMDAR, J.]
