The learned counsel appearing today seeks adjournment on the ground that his senior is supposed to argue this application. 2.

This is a bail application in which the applicant was arrested on 13.10.2023. The FIR was registered against the applicant for offences under Sections 323, 354, 376, 376(2)(n), 504, 506 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. The allegation appears to be that the applicant gave false promise of marriage to the victim informant and sexually exploited her.
