As the offences are inter alia punishable under Sections 376, 376(2)(n) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Sections 66 and 67(A) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, issue notice to the Respondent No. 2 returnable on 01.10.2024. In addition to the Court notice, the Investigating Officer to intimate Respondent No. 2 about the pendency of this Bail Application as well as that she can engage an Advocate of her own choice or an Advocate can be appointed through the High Court Legal Services Committee, Mumbai. 2.
