Mr. Jain, learned counsel for the applicant submits that since offences under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 are also registered against the applicant, notice will have to be issued to respondent No.2 i.e. the informant. 3.

Hence, issue notice to the respondent No.2, returnable on 15.07.2024.

The notice shall be served through the investigating officer and for that purpose, the applicant shall provide an additional set of papers to the investigating officer.
