By this application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure the applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.243 of 2022, registered with Khandeshwar Police Station, Navi Mumbai for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is the successive bail application after withdrawal of the first application and on grant of liberty to apply afresh after six months if there is no progress in the trial.

The allegation against the applicant is that she along with the accused no. 1, Mahesh gave a contract of killing of the deceased. It is further alleged that there was illicit relation between the applicant and the accused no. 1.

Murder of the deceased was committed by accused nos. 4 to 6 and out of the certain payment made to them, part of it was paid by the applicant.

Thus, considering the nature of evidence available on record and the role attributed to the applicant in the alleged offence, I am of the opinion that prima facie there is sufficient material available on record to show her involvement in the alleged offence, I am not inclined to grant bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected. 7.

Trial is expedited.

The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to submit the copy of this order on the record of trial Court, within two weeks from today.

9.

Liberty is granted to apply afresh after one year before the trial Court, if there is no progress in the trial. (ANIL S. KILOR, J) varsha
