By this application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure the applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.66 of 2023, registered with Pandharpur Taluka Police Station, Solapur Gramin for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 376, 354, 363, 341, 324, 323, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Considering the nature of the allegations against the applicant and the role attributed to the applicant in the alleged offence, coupled with the weapon he used and furthermore, the reason for which he committed the alleged offence, there is every possibility that if the applicant is released on bail even after imposing the certain varsha

926-ba-2552-2024.doc stringent conditions he may commit the similar offence or he may attack the complainant or her mother.

4.

Thus, considering the above referred fact and further the fact that sufficient incriminating material is available against the applicant, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for grant of bail. Accordingly, it is rejected.

5.

At this the learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to file afresh if there is no progress in trial in near future. 6.

Considering the request of the learned counsel for the applicant, liberty is granted to apply afresh after six months, if there is no progress in the trial.

7.

The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to place the copy of this order on the record of the trial Court within two weeks from today.
