Learned counsel appearing on legal aid for the applicant submits that she received instructions from the applicant that he has similarly moved application for bail before the trial Court, which is now pending on 6th December, 2024. She submits that the applicant instructed her that bail application before the trial Court will be withdrawn.

The applicant cannot file bail application before two separate forum. Accordingly, the matter is adjourned and posted on 19th December, 2024.

In the meantime, applicant to decide whether the bail application should be argued before this Court or before the trial Court.
