After hearing for some time and when the Court was not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for Applicant seeks leave to withdraw present application with liberty to move afresh for bail if there is no progress in trial.

Leave to withdraw granted. Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed off as withdrawn, with liberty to move afresh after nine months before Trial Court if there is no progress in trial.
