The applicant is in jail from 5 years and 6 months and till date out of about 16 witnesses 4 have been examined. 2.

Thus, considering the fact that the trial will be concluded in near future, I am of the opinion that the purpose would be served if the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within the stipulated period.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of with direction to the learned trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same in next six months.

The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to cooperate the trial Court for concluding the trial within the stipulated varsha

Furthermore, the learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to place the copy of this order on the record of the trial Court within two weeks from today.

Liberty is granted to the applicant to apply afresh for grant of bail before the trial Court in case the trial will not conclude within six months from today.
