By order dated 11th November, 2024, this Court issued notice to respondent No.2 with a direction that copy of the application would be served on the Investigating Officer, for service upon respondent No.2. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to inadvertence copy could not be served to the Investigating Officer. He further informs that the next date of listing of the application is 13th January, 2025, and he seeks extension of time to serve copy on the Investigating Officer. 4.

Time to serve the Investigating Officer is extended by one week from today.
