DATED:- 8th AUGUST, 2024 PC :- 1) After hearing for some time and on expressing that the Court is not inclined to grant bail, the learned counsel for Applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the application, however, with a request to move afresh if there is change in circumstance or if there is no progress in the trial within one year from today. 2) Accordingly permission is granted to the Applicant to withdraw present application with liberty to move afresh in case of change in circumstance and/or if there is no progress in trial within one year from today.
