1.
Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.
2.
When the Court expressed its disinclination to entertain the prayer for bail, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instruction, seeks leave to withdraw the application. The learned counsel further submits that as the applicant has been in custody for more than two years, the trial be expedited.
3.
The application stands dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
Having regard to the fact that the applicant has been in custody for more than two years, the prayer for expedite commencement and conclusion of the trial appears justifiable. 5.
The learned Special Judge is requested to make an endeavour to commence and conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible. 6.
It is clarified that all issues are kept open for consideration by the trial Court.
