Heard Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant. 2.

Ms. Ramnani, learned counsel for contesting respondent No.1 i.e. the Enforcement Directorate seeks time to file reply affidavit. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant has tendered affidavit of service. The same is taken on record. It is submitted that the respondents were served with the papers about two weeks ago. The applicant is seeking urgent interim relief on account of his medical condition. 4.

The learned counsel for the respondent No.1 shall take specific instructions and place on record its stand on the aforesaid aspect of the matter, apart from the merits of the matter, while filing the reply. 5.

The reply affidavit be filed on or before 02.08.2024. 6.
