In this application, advocate for the applicant has instructions to withdraw the same. It is submitted that there is a change in advocates and certain additional grounds are required to be taken. It is also submitted that amendment of the application would amount to virtually filing a fresh application and therefore, liberty is sought to withdraw the application with permission to file a fresh application incorporating all necessary grounds.
